Theatre Workshop Coulsdon - Member Biography

Tim Young

From TWC's behind the scenes video for Return to the Forbidden Planet

Was dragged kicking and screaming to Theatre Workshop in January 1973 to appear in Chris Argles' production "Macrunes Guevara". He soon found he couldn't live without the 'Buzz' and has since appeared in over 75 shows. Among Tim's favourite roles are Bilbo Baggins (The Hobbit), colonel Conquest (Gunslinger), Dame (Santa In Space) and more recently Old David (Larkrise), Snug the Joiner (Midsummer Nights Dream), Longinus (Zenobia) and Sergeant Kite (The Recruiting Officer). He hopes to appear in a few more yet.
