Theatre Workshop Coulsdon - Member Biography
I first got involved with TWC during 2001 when I moved down to Purley. Sheila Bird, who I had known well from my previous am-dram days with Northwood Morris since 1983 when I played Adam to her Eve, persuaded me to take part in Hamlet as a messenger (or two!). This then completed the loop for me as I met up again with Richard Lloyd who was also involved in my early days with Northwood. I took part in all of Northwood's productions, many of which were in the open air including three fantastic weeks down at the Minack Theatre which is set in cliffs on the south coastline of Cornwall.
I particularly enjoy outdoor productions in pub gardens and playing The Huntsman in Grimm Tales and a saucy Irishman in Tom Jones stand out in my memory.
By day, I work (yes I did say work!) as an estate agent in south east London but I must stress that I do have a sense of humour.
